AI Innovative Labs is a cloud-based reporting and analytics platform that allows you to connect various data sources (including Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads), create custom dashboards, and share reports with your team.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
- Free trial periods give full access to all features for the specified duration.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using our service, you grant us permission to access and process your data from connected platforms solely to provide the service.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
